Return and Refund Policy


We kindly ask for your careful decision upon purchase. All products we ship are guaranteed brand new items. We do not re-sell and therefore do not accept unwanted return. Please kindly understand our policy is to make sure that all products we deliver are clean, fresh and brand new.


Please contact us along with evidential documents to show the defect. We offer services for damaged items under following conditions:

1. Notification made within 5 days of receiving your package
2. Upon evidence provided, we reserve the rights for final judgement about damage
3. Refund will be via store credit for future purchase


When a product you ordered is sold out, we refund that item amount and notify you via e-mail.

For an order with multiple items, items with stock will still be sent.

In case, after deducting the value of the sold-out product, your net purchase amount becomes less than the free shipping minimum requirement, you will not be charged for additional shipping fee.

Due to the fast-paced fashion and cosmetics industry in Korea, popular products sold out quickly. We try our best to efficiently notify our customers and update our system to prevent such cases, but because MKM runs a zero-inventory system to offer better prices to our customers, out of stock cases are sometimes inevitable.
